The larger the resolution the better! As a general rule of thumb, we suggest the image is at least half the dimensions of your Custom Print (i.e. a 12"x12" Custom Print needs an image at least 6"x6"). To ensure high quality, your image file size must be a minimum of 500KB.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your canvas is completed, it will be shipped and should arrive within 6-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
